If there is any justice left in the Grammys, then one year from today,  might be waking up in a fog after celebrating her win for Best New Artist. The Danish musician, née Karen Marie Ørsted (MØ is a combination of her latter initials and translates to “maiden” or “virgin” in old Norse), has been an indie darling since she started releasing tracks from her 2013 EP, Bikini Daze, but is poised for a major breakthrough with her debut album, No Mythologies to Follow, which is expected on March 10.

With that release on the horizon, MØ is debuting her video for her latest single, “Don’t Wanna Dance,” today on Vogue.com. “It’s the sunny side of being young and confused,” Ørsted says of the song, which she wrote one morning after going out with her hometown friends and then dreaming of the chorus. “I grew up in the suburbs, in a small town, and I wanted [the music video] to have that trashy vibe—while you know, being fabulous at the same time.” Could there be a location that fits that bill better than a London junkyard? See for yourself, below.
